ICC Preferred Provider Continuing Education Course This course provides an overview of the codes and standards for the use of concrete materials. Topics include a review of concrete constituents, materials testing, admixtures, pozzolans and air entrainment. The IBC and ACI 318 specification requirements for concrete and materials used in concrete will be reviewed. ICC Preferred Provider Continuing Education Course 0.2 CEU’s This course provides an overview of the codes and standards for the installation of both cast-in-place and post-installed anchors. Topics include a review of the types and proper installation of cast-in-place anchors, mechanical anchors, and adhesive anchors. Special inspection requirements for each type of anchor are reviewed including periodic and continuous special inspections. The code requirements for anchors will be covered including special cases, ACI provisions, and ES Reports. The IBC and ACI 318 specification requirements for post-installed anchors will be reviewed.
